Good questions on this course
Do I need to be a programmer?
Basic logic helps, such as conditions and loops. We teach Deluge from the start, but this is not the course for someone who has never used the CRM.
Do I need the admin course first?
Not always. If you already know Zoho CRM settings, you can start here. If not, take the admin course first.
Will I build things I can show an employer?
Yes. The hands-on tasks and the capstone give you working examples to explain in an interview.
